What are the shipping fees?
Delivery is complementary for any orders over 80 USD.
France and EU:
Delivery is complementary for any orders over 50 EUR.
Rest of the world:
Sorry, we are not able at the moment to accept orders from non EU or non US locations. We are doing our best to change this in a very near future.
When will my items arrive ?
Delivery to France and the EU: 1- 4 business days
Delivery to the US: 5- 10 business days
May I modify my delivery address having placed order?

Can I still order an item that is out of stock?
You cannot add to your basket a product out of stock, however you can ask to be notified when the product will be back in stock. Simply go on the product sheet, click on the call to action then fill the form to get notified when it's back in stock.
How to return an item?
The returns are free. For any request of exchange or refund, thank you for contacting firstname.lastname@example.org under 60 days according to the date of your order. Our team will reply to you as soon as possible and provide you more information.
